International Orders (Outside Switzerland)
Currently, we do not offer an automated checkout process for international orders. However, we are more than happy to ship our products worldwide. Please review the following process and conditions for orders outside of Switzerland:
- Step 1: Please reach out to us via our Contact Form and let us know which specific items you are interested in.
- Step 2: We will reply with an email detailing the prices (excluding Swiss VAT) along with the exact shipping costs for your specific destination.
- Step 3: If you agree to the quote, we will provide you with a secure payment link via our payment processor, SumUp. You can easily complete your purchase there using all major credit cards.
- Import Taxes & Customs Duties: Please be aware that we do not cover local VAT or customs duties for your country. These fees are collected directly by your local delivery service upon arrival and can amount to 20% or more, depending on your local regulations.
- Refused Packages & Returns: If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery or if you choose to return the goods, all transport costs (including return shipping and potential return import fees) will be strictly at your expense. These costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- No Refund on Import Fees: We cannot issue refunds for any local VAT or customs duties you have paid, as these charges are levied and collected by your local authorities, not by us.
General Terms & Conditions
All international purchases are subject to our general Terms of Service. However, please note that for international shipments, the strict "All Sales Are Final" policy outlined in Section 3 of our ToS is superseded by the specific international return and refund conditions detailed on this page.
